Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a creative, dynamic sequence of poses which synchronizes breath with a continuous flow of movement. This uplifting and energetic style of yoga will allow you to move with fluidity and expression. 

Shakti Slow Flow

A gentle, uplifting Vinyasa flow with elements of Kundalini. This yoga class incorporates graceful movement, breath techniques (pranayama), meditation and singing mantras. Energy is shifted throughout the body as we increase consciousness and physical vitality. All levels welcome.

Kundalini Yoga

A blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga combines classic postures, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and mantra chanting. There is a focus on synergy of breath and movement. During these classes you are invited to raise your creative potential and expand your awareness & happiness.

Conscious Functional


We are thrilled to have the Nico Laprida Method at The Shack this season. This specialized training focuses on quality of movement. Combining a variety of kinesiology and advanced training disciplines, the philosophy of this training is to recover full freedom of movement, increase physical longevity and enhance stability and strength.


Pilates is a full-body conditioning system that uses isolated, low-impact exercises to improve strength, flexibility and posture with a particular focus on the core. Some classes are performed using specialized equipment.


Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise! Super effective and super fun! Zumba is for everybody and every body!

Strength & Conditioning

A full body conditioning workout designed to sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes and core, combining effective high-intensity training and strength work.
