Join Aline Fernandes as she shares the ancient practice of Ashtanga Yoga in a way that is accessible to all. This session will explore the three pillars of practice — body, breath, and concentration — as tools for transformation.
Through a blend of guided practice and theoretical insights drawn from the sacred texts, participants will experience how Ashtanga Yoga purifies the body, calms the mind, and balances the nervous system.
Open to all levels. No prior experience with Ashtanga is required. Please note the class will be guided in english.
